MEET LAUREN CHAMBERLAIN

Lauren Chamberlain grew up in Orange County, California, and began playing softball at 8 years old. She has competed at every level; starting with rec-ball, becoming a National Champion and All-American with the University of Oklahoma, and playing professionally for Team USA and the USSSA Pride.

While an athlete, Lauren took a strong interest in business and her personal brand, allowing her to find major success off the field. At thirty years old, she owns her umbrella company, Lauren Chamberlain, LLC, that oversees her ventures, and is also founder of an all-encompassing sports management agency, L/C Management Group based in Oklahoma City.

Lauren spent two years as the Commissioner of Women’s Professional Fastpitch, a brand-new professional softball league in the U.S. She helped bring two new franchises to both Oklahoma City and Austin, and saw the league through its first ever playoff and championship series.

Her ultimate goal has always been to create better situations for women in and out of the sport, and continues to put herself in positions to be of service to others and promote change within the female sports community.
